How long does it take to get my photos?
We guarantee delivery of your photos by 4pm the day after your shoot. Videos, Matterport 3D tours and 2D floor plans may take up to 48 hours to process, but are usually also available the following day.

How do I download my photos?
When your photos are ready for delivery, we will send a notification to the email address in your account. That email will contain links to download your photos.
You can also access your photos from your account in our Client Center. Once you log in, click on the project you want to work with, and you will be taken to a dashboard where you can manage all of your media.

What is our service area?
Our main service area is central Ohio, but we are willing to travel! For any shoot that is over 45 miles from our office in Westerville, Ohio, we encourage you to call us at 614-434-6184, or email us at focusremedia@gmail.com, to determine availability.
When I ordered I got a notification saying that my order may require an additional appointment. What does that mean?
Our photographers and technicians all have different abilities and skills in order to fulfill the wide range of services that we offer.
If your order consists of multiple types of media such as Photos, Video, Drone, and a Matterport 3D Tour, we may need to send multiple people to the home in order to accomplish the various tasks.
In these cases, we will stagger the appointment start times so that not all of the photographers or technicians are starting in the same place at the same time.
We will keep all of the appointments around, or close to, your requested start time of your appointment, and if there ever is a scheduling concern we will reach out to you well ahead of your scheduled shoot date.
